Family Favorite
Saute onions, green pepper, jalapeno peppers & garlic in oil until onions are translucent. Add beef & cook, stirring until meat is slightly browned. Drain off all fat, add salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook for 1 min more, stirring constantly. Add ketchup and tomatoes; cook uncovered over low heat until reduced to thick sauce. Serve on toasted buns.
