Slow cooked beef stew in slow cooker
1. Turn slow cooker to HIGH as you prepare the beef on the stove
2. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil
3. Add the stew meat and brown pieces on all sides
4. Transfer the meat pieces into slow cooker
5. Add all remaining ingredients
6. Leave the temperature on HIGH and cook for 5 hours, or turn to LOW and cook for 8 hours
7. Serve over mashed cauliflower if desired.
