Love this recipe. I got it from a church social.
1. Cut steak into 3 inch pieces.
2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown in hot oil.
3. Transfer steak to a 4 quart crock pot.
4. Add tomatoes and pepper strips.
5. Combine onion and next 6 ingredients.
6. Pour over mixture in slow cooker.
7. Cover and cook on high setting for 7 hours.
8. Combine cornstarch and water stirring until the mixture is smooth.
9. Stir into mixture in slow cooker.
10. Cook, uncovered, on high 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
11. Serve over noodles or rice.
