A delicious soup served over egg noodles with tender bites of beef.
Season and tenderize beef. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4, stiffing occasionally, until beef is tender and cooked through. Boil egg noodles then drain. Serve soup/stew over noodles.
Using a meat tenderizer helps to not only tenderize the beef but also to season it.
