"I can't believe how good a bread pudding can be from a slow cooker. It was pretty easy + quick to make. Our finish product was made with 1/2 heavy cream + 1/2 milk for a creamy texture & I added 1/3 c of currants as we love them. The only thing I would change next time is to add 1/4c -1/3c more sugar to be more sweeter. Otherwise it was great! Tx."
Combine all ingredients, making sure bread is thoroughly wet.
Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray; pour bread mixture in crockpot.
Cover; cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.

ChefGee6 2m agoI doubled the recipe, substituted 2 cans of Coconut milk for 2 cups of regular milk, added 3 over ripe bananas and about half a cup of shredded coconut. Cooked it about an extra hour. Everyone couldn't eat enough of it...

Ejonas 1y agoI made this as is and it turned out delicious. Next time though I will add more cinnamon and maybe add some pecans for some crunch.

taniahooper 3y agoWas very simple to make. I topped with a homemade butterscotch sauce and it tasted wonderful!
