Slice sausage into 1 inch slices and add to
large zipper bag.
Add next 6 ingredients to sausage. Zip and
squish around to mix.
Pour sausage mixture into slow cooker along
with 1 lb. dried red beans and 7 C. water.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Cook rice according to package directions.
