fix it and forget slow cooker
Place potatoes in slow cooker. Beat cream cheese, soup and dressing mix. Stir into potatoes.
Cover, cook on Low 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
(I started on High, then switched to Low, so I didn't cook it this long)
