Suggest a better description1- Heat coconut oil in skillet and sear the roast with salt and pepper. Brown both sides.
2- Crush garlic into the horseradish.
3- Peel and cut up veggies and add to the slow cooker. Remove the fibrous layer right under the surface of the turnips.
4- Use a spoon to spread horseradish evenly on both sides of roast. Place roast on top of the vegetables.
5- Add the beef broth around the roast, cover the pot and set to low for 5-6 hours.
6- Garnish with parsley.
