4 boneless pork chops; about 1/2 inch thick
2 medium onions; sliced
1 jar (4 1/2 oz) mushrooms; drained and sliced
1 envelope Lipton dry Onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
1 can Golden Mushroom soup; condensed

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Spray slow cooker (5-quart) with cooking spray.

Optional: place 4-medium potatoes (peeled and cut into 1-inch squares) and 1/4 to 1/2 bag of baby carrots into bottom of crock pot.

Place pork chops in crock pot (on top of potatoes and carrots if using). Top with onions and mushrooms.

Mix dry soup mix, condensed soup, and water. Pour over pork chops, onions and mushrooms.

Cover, cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender.

Serving suggestion: with rice.

Recipe is easily doubled by doubling all ingredients.

Very good... Added steak spice to the pork chops and used reduced salt onion soup mix.
