An easy and delicious slow cooker Italian sauce made with peppers and fresh herbs served over your favorite pasta.
Add all of the ingredients except for pasta and Parmesan to a slow cooker set to low.
Cook for 6 hours, then turn to high and cook for a final 30 minutes while the pasta cooks.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
Drain and return to pot.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, toss well, and top with the freshly grated cheese. Serve hot with fresh Italian Bread.
