Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. brown steak strips. Add minced garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring.
Transfer all including juices for the pan into a slow cooker. add all ingredients except peppers, cornstarch and water. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
In the last hour of cooking add the peppers.
15 minutes before dinner blend water with cornstarch until smooth. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and stir.
Cook uncovered on high setting for 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
