Delicious - serve with potatoes and vegetable.

"I made this tonight and it was out of this world. I had to alter the recipe a bit though. I used just 1 cup of the brown sugar, stone ground mustard and rice wine vinegar. Next time I wouldn't add as much water either. About 2 hours before it was done I added a can of sauerkraut, sliced apples and onion. The sauerkraut picked up the flavors of the seasonings in the juice. "

Great flavor! I used the 1 1/3 cup brown sugar, I will cut that back next time.

I liked it.

The pork came out incredible. We added parsnips about halfway through and they absorbed the juices and added even more flavor

My family loved. I used 1/3 c of brown sugar and minced 3 cloves of garlic instead of rubbing it with garlic.

It was amazing. Didn't use as much brown sugar. Wasn't sweet. Was just perfect. Thank you for sharing this

I only used the 1/3 cup brown sugar and that was perfect! My family enjoyed it! I'm making it again for dinner this evening!

Haven't tasted it yet (gave it 3 stars because I have to rank to post) but I'm presuming the recipe calls for just 1/3 cup of brown sugar and not 1-1/3 cups as it might seem. Could be the reason some users claim it is too sweet...
