Cook on low for 6-8 hours. For gravy: Stir 2 Tablespoons of flour in ¼ cup cold water. Remove roast and vegetables and pour sauce into sauce pan add the water and flour mixture. Heat until thick. Add more flour mixed in water if not thick enough.
