"Pork simmered in root beer makes all the difference. Topped with your favorite BBQ sauce, it's sure to bring rave reviews."
1. Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Note: the actual length of time may vary according to individual slow cooker.
2 .Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over hamburger buns.
spacemom1 3m agoOnly so so. Since you pour off the liquid, you don't really get the root beer flavor. I would just make a standard tenderloin in the oven next time.
taylor_oakes 8m agoEasy and good flavor!
Porpo83 1y agoDid not like the flavor.
dgmacintyre 2y agoThis is as delicious as it is easy! Three ingredients, how could it go wrong? I also used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce. Everyone loved it. This is a keeper, thanks for posting!
Millerjason 2y agoSo easy to make! The only thing I changed was the amount of BBQ sauce. We used a pork tenderloin (from a pack of 5) and added the BBQ sauce to smaller portions of the pulled pork and my kids find BBQ sauce too spicy. Very tasty! We also added coleslaw on top of the pork.
