Suggest a better descriptionCut flank steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into think strips. Place meat in slow cooker. Combine onion, 1/2 cup salsa, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chilit powder, cumin ans salt and put on top of meat. Cove cook on low 5 - 6 hours
Add bell peppers.Cover cook on lovw 1 hour
Serve with flour tortillas.
