32 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. sausage; cooked
1 medium onion; diced
1 1/2 C cheese; shredded
12 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



Layer one third each of frozen potatoes, meat, onions, and cheese in bottom of slow cooker.

Repeat two times.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour over mixture in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours.

This was an easy breakfast for a busy morning. I added some extra veggies with the meat and we served it with salsa for flavor. I will make it again.

Not bad, but not great either..mostly a potato dish, didn't taste the egg at all. I loved having it cook in the slow cooker all night, but my family wouldn't eat the leftovers, so this mom has to let this one go:(.
