Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 225°. Combine all dry ingredients. Coat ribs generously with rub mixture. Cover loosely with foil and bake for approximately 3 hours. Reduce oven to 180°, remove foil and bake an additional 1 hour. Optional finish: brush on bbq sauce and broil 3-5 minutes. I prefer leaving dry.
