Make these cakes without any baking.... It is an amazing idea!!! One will never guess what it is made of...
Mix the cookies or crackers in a blender. Set aside 1 tablespoon for the decoration.
Boil the milk and melt the sugar in it. Add butter and Cocoa powder.
Cool the mixture for 5 minutes and pour to the cookies or crackers. Add nuts, wine and liqueur. Make sure you mix all the ingredients well.
Now you can make the small rolls out of it and put them in cupcakes.
Decorate your cakes with sugar powder, nuts, mixed cookies or just put then in the cocoa powder.
