Bisquick Recipes
1. Spray 13x9 inch (3 quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 box potatoes in baking dish. Place half of the cream cheese and all of the salmon over potatoes. Sprinkle with dried onion. Top with remaining box of potatoes and cream cheese.
2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, pepper, milk and eggs with fork or whisk until blended. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle with pepper jack cheese. Cover with foil; refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
3. Heat oven to 375 F. Uncover baking dish, bake 32-38 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with green onions. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
