Excellent Salmon Spread appetizer
Chop salmon and mix with the minced onion, capers, dill, sour cream and mayonaise. Blend Well and spoon into a serving bowl. Top with pepper and chopped parsley. Cover and Chill. Serve with thin slices of rye or pumpernickel.
Start with 1/4 cup each of mayonaisse and Sour Cream otherwise it is too soupy.
