Suggest a better descriptionWash all the peas. If needed, peel away the tough string that run along the side of the sugar snap peas.
Heat a wok or 10-inch skillet on high for about 2 minutes. Pour in oil and swirl to coat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add sugar snap peas and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add snow peas and shelled peas. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Mix in soy sauce. Toss and cook until tender-crisp, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
