Cinnamon bread
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Gradually add flour mixture and combine well. Stir in cinnamon chips. Spoon batter evenly into 6 small, well greased mini loaf pans.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle evenly on the top of the loafs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-38 minutes. Let cool on wire rack completely before removing from pan.
