Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine in large bowl, flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and sugar. In separate bowl, cream butter and eggs. Add dry mix until dough forms. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 T. of cinnamon. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cookies should be light brown.
