Ready in 5 minutes

Steamed Snow Crab

2 pound snow crab legs; rinsed & ice removed
4 cups Water

Original recipe makes 4

1. In a large pasta pot with strainer insert, bring water to boil. Keep water level just below the strainer portion of the pot.

2. Rinse ice from frozen crab legs, and place in the strainer insert of the pot. Cover

3. Steam crab legs for 4 to 6 minutes, or until heated through. (We like it best at 5 minutes).

Serve crab legs with clarified butter for dipping.

It's better if you actually season the water. Old Bay etc....

I loved the way the crab legs turned out, they tasted just like Red Lobsters' Snow Crab Legs! I especially liked the fact that it only took a few minutes to steam. The texture was just right!
