Ingredients

1 large Yellow Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Ajies Pepper; (Red and Sweet)
1 head Garlic
1 bunch fresh Cilantro
6 leaves Coriander; (optional)
0.25 cup pitted olives
1 tbsp Capers
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Oregano , Crushed
0.5 cup olive oil

Original recipe makes 6

Preparation

Was, peel, and seed all veggies.

Puree all ingredients together.

HINT: Freeze in ice cube try to make for easy measuring when using for future meals!
