Best Sandwich Bread I've found for homemade breads. 3 Loaves
Mix sponge together and let sit 30 min. until risen and bubbly.
Mix bread ingredients into sponge.
Knead in enough bread flour to make smooth and tacky dough, but not overly sticky.
Coat dough in oil and leave in bowl to rise 1 hr.
Punch down and divide into 3 loaves and place in pans.
Allow to rise 1 hr.
Bake at 350 for 25 min and brush with butter and let cool 10 min before removing from pan to cool entirely.
Do NOT over-knead.
