Libby's Pumpkin
1- In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In a large bowl cream the butter, sugar. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Beat until light and creamy.
2- Add dry ingredients, mix well by drop by rounded tablespoons on greasedsheet. Smooth tops of cookies.
3- Bake in 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or light brown. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
4- Cool on wire - Drizzle with glaze.
Glaze Directions:
In a small bowl combine all ingredients and blend till smooth.
For Variation:
Add 1 cup raisins or 1/1 cup oats
