Combine in a pan and bring to a boil the mushroom soup, chicken soup, evaporated milk and green chilis.
In a 13x9 casserole dish, put a layer of tortillas, chicken, cheese and sauce.
Repeat with a layer of sauce last.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Top with sour cream, ketchup or salsa
