This is a Sorbet base that you can use all sorts of fruit with (Raspberry, Pear etc)
Bring all ingrediants to a boil for 10 min or until fuit is soft. Then blend with a stick blender or a food processor until it is smooth. Cover the surface with plastic wrap (the wrap must touch the surface). Freeze for 2 hours. Blend again and cover again and freeze overnight.
