In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
Stir in broccoli, ham and Cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until mixture is golden brown and a toothpick comes out dry when inserted in the middle of the quiche.

FlyingYetiGreat recipe. Really tasty. I did add some onion powder and dried mustard for a little extra flavor. One comment I need to make, this recipe makes two, and if you don't have a big family consider 1/2 the recipe.4y ago

Indigo355I made this, the only change I made to the recipe was to use half cheddar and half parmesan cheese. The sour cream added a slightly different flavor and it was delicious and easy, will make again soon!5y ago
