Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add sour cream. Add vanilla
Sift dry ingredients together. Add to above mixture and stir.
Pour 1/2 of batter in greased pan.
Mix topping and sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over cake mix.
Pour remaining batter and top with topping.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 min until knife comes out clean.
You may have to bake it 5-10 min longer with a 13 X 9 pan.
( I don't make it with pecans, but it is good either way)
