Homemade sour dough bread from a bread starter
Mix all together to form a dough. Use oil and grease another large bowl, put dough into the greased bowl and turn over and around to grease all sides of the dough. Cover lightly with wax paper, let stand oovernight (do not refrigerate). The next morning punch down the dough, knead a little in the bowl. Divide into 3 parts and kneed each part on a floured board 8 to 10 times. Put each section in a greased loaf pan and brush tops with oil. Let rise in pans all day covered lightly with wax paper. bake on bottom rack in a 350* oven for 30 to 40 minutes or untill golden brown. Remove and brush with butter. Cool well and store in bread bags. Maybe frozen if necessary.
