I usually put the dough in the refig. for any length of time depending on how much time I have or what I am doing.
Roll out dough and use cookie cutters
Bake ~~at; 350 7 to 8 min. or 325 10 to 12 min. also depends on size of cookies, I usually check the first batch and then go from there.
