Great with the Caesar's Salad
Preheat oven to 350. Place bread cubes in large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over; toss to distribute. Add grated parmesan cheese & garlic powder & toss to coat. Spread out cubes on heavy large baking sheet. Bake till golden brown, using metal spatula to turn bread cubes occasionally, about 15 minutes. Cool completely.
Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
6 T Parmesan = about 1 1/2 oz fresh
