Cook Lima beans until tender. Drain the juice in a cup and add water to make 1 cup. Combine flour and sour cream, stir liquid in slowly. Add chili's and Lima beans ( it will be soupy). Pour into a quart casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
