Ready in 45 minutes
This is a recipe for macaroni and cheese that is very easy to assemble and my family can't get enough. No making a separate sauce for this one.
Preheat oven to 375 and cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain pasta and place 1/2 in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. top with half of the shredded cheddar and then top with half of the pats and half the spices. Repeat layers one more time then dump milk over all. You may either bake as is, or add a topping made with the buttered bread crumbs. 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned on top.

diannreed 6y agoDon't use Sharp cheddar and don't use 1.75c milk. Try 1 or 1.25c. Will try one more time diff cheese and less milk.
megger89 6y agoMake sure you use real butter and at least 2 percent milk. The bread crumbs are really optional and was added mostly for a little extra crunch. The flavor of this is great even without the topping. [I posted this recipe.]
