This easy spice rub adds amazing flavor to chicken or pork.
Combine seasoning in small bowl and then rub the seasoning all over the meat.
Put meat and 1 cup water in bag in slow-cooker.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
The meat will "fall apart."
The pork goes great with your favorite BBQ sauce and sides. The chicken is similar to a cajun blacken chicken and goes great with cajun rice and beans or BBQ sauce and sides.
