Suggest a better description-Cut chicken breast into thinly sliced cubes
-Season with parsley, italian seasoning, taco seasoning, thyme, cracked pepper, garlic salt, oregano,
-cut onion, red peppers and orange peppers into a variety of sizes
-add peppers, chicken and onions into hot pan with 2 tbs of olive oil and 1/4 cup of water
-leave uncovered, high temp, keep moving to avoid burning
•While chicken is cooking:
-Lay out large tortilla--sprinkle cheese, diced tomatoes, black beans & Corn salsa on inside.
-spread chicken and peppers evenly in tortilla, squeeze lime over top--fold closed and put in hot pan to add slightly crunchy texture or microwave tortilla to keep soft
-Cut cilantro and spread on top of cooked tortilla
-Serve on plate with cilantro, sliced avocado and lettuce
