A delicious and easy white chili.
Heat oil in a 3qt. saucepan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring often. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon, cover and keep warm. Add chopped onion to pan, cook 2 minutes. Stir in chilcen broth, chiles and spices. Simmer 30 minutes. Add chicken and beans. Simmer. Serve garnihed with cheese.
