Pre heat oven to 325 F.
1 Blend the butter, shortening and sugar until creamy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time mixing well. Add the remainder of ingredients and mix well.
3. Pur the mixture into a greased 9" square baking pan.
4. Bake at 325F for 50 to 60 minutes or untill firm in the center.
Easy and good.

Amgreen 4 years agoDELICIOUS!!! However... it spilled over the pan like crazy. I would use a bigger one next time. Maybe I used too much baking powder--it says 2 tbsp, is that supposed to be 2 tsp??
