Suggest a better descriptionCombine cilantro, water, cumin, lime juice, salt, black pepper,and pepper sauce in a blender and purée. Transfer to a ziplock bag, add salmon and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for about an hour.
Preheat oven or grill to 400. Sprays asking dish with nonstick spray.
Spread the bell peppers in a single layer in the dish, roast until almost tender about 15 minutes
Remove the salmon from the marinade, toss it, place the salmon on the peppers. Roast until opaque in the center about 5 minutes per side. Cut fish into 4 oz portions.
