Ready in 45 minutes
I modified this one from a weight watchers cookbook to go with the ingredients I had on hand. It turned out great.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions omitting the salt, drain.
Meanwhile spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add the turkey and cook breaking it up with a wooden spoon until no longer pink.
Stir in the remainder of the ingredients except the macaroni noodles and cheese. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and cook until the onions are soft and the flavours are blended.
Add the macaroni and the cheese. Stir to combine and serve.

Barbdd 4y agoI doubled the recipe, left out the jalapeños (for the kids), and used a 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh. Delicious!
Btuck15 4y agoMy boyfriend and I really enjoyed this, we like things spicy... So we added red pepper flakes.
