This Salad is very popular in Japan. We love this salad a lot.
We also love eating a sandwich this salad between slice of bread.
Cucumber would be also a good substitute for celery.
1: Bread off spaghetti in half and boil.
2: Make a boiled egg. Finely chopped the white of an egg.
3: Cut the carrot & celery into 5-6cm julienne strips.
Put the carrot in a bowl. Add salt (little) to the carrot and mix.
After 5 minutes wash the carrot by water. And drain thoroughly.
4: Mix the carrot, celery, drained tuna, boiled egg (chopped the white of an egg. Yellowof an egg),
mayonnaise, salt and papper in a bowl.
5: Place the salad...done!
