Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450.
Heat oil in a large pan. add garlic cloves and cook until nicely browned.
Remove and set aside. Next Saute the bread in oil until browned. set aside.
Add paprika to pan and saute for a few seconds before stirring in beef stock, cumin and saffron. add reserved garlic, crushing cloves with back of spoon. Season with salt and pepper, cook for about 5 minutes.
Pour into soup bowls. break an egg into each bowl. cover each egg with a slice of fried bread. Cook bowls in oven for 3-4 minutes until eggs are set.
place cheese piece on bread.
Serve with extra bread. :)
