Heat oil and then add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add wine and boil. Add tomatoes, spices, parsley and vinegar and simmer 10 minutes. Cut potatoes into small cubes and fry in separate pan with olive oil until golden brown and soft. Pour sauce over potatoes and serve
