Grey meat in pot on medium heat. After grey, remove meat, and saute onions and jalapeno in what fat is left over until onions are translucent. Add EVOO if too dry. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds, then add beef back to the pot and add spices to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beer and chicken broth, and reduce heat to simmer. Add Worcestershire Sauce if not meaty enough. Add green chilies until spicy enough. Simmer for 2 hours.
Enjoy with shredded cheddar, and or green onions, etc.
