Take a large pan and add 1.5 to 2 liter of water. Add the chicken bouillon and the apple sauce. The apple sauce helps to make the meat real soft (and it tastes great). Also add the tomato paste. Then add the spare ribs. Warm this on the stove until it boils. Keep it boiling for another 1.5 to 2 hours until the meat is nice and soft. The longer you boil it the softer it gets.
Once you remove the meat make it dry with kitchen paper.
In a sauce pan add the honey and ketchup. Add the Italian seasoning to your likings. Also add a bit of Worcestershire sauce. Finally also add the black soy sauce. Warm this to boil and then let it cool down a bit again. Apply the sauce to the meat and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Put the spare ribs in the over for about 15 to 20 minutes (at 200C)
