This is a thin ketchup that is great for spicing up stews and soups or it can be used in place of regular ketchup.
Put all ingrediants in a large pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer. Stir often to prevent sticking. Let simmer for about 2 hours. Check for right consistancy by putting 1 or 2 tablespoons in a bowl and letting cool. pour into sterilized jars and seal.
