Suggest a better descriptionIn medium bowl, combine beans, tomatoes, mango, onion, lime juice, 1/3 cup oil, cilantro and a few grinds of black pepper; toss gently. Let salad sit at room temperature while you cook the fish.
Mix 1/4 teaspoon black pepper with the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and one teaspoon salt. Rub both sides of fish with this mixture. In a large skillet, heat two tablespoons oil over medium high heat. Cook fish until lightly browned and flesh is opaque and cooked through, about two minutes on each side.
Spoon salad over fish.
