A recipe kids and adults enjoy, alike! Great dipped in a homemade honey mustard sauce.
1. Combine the flour, almond meal, salt, paprika and garlic powder together in a shallow dish. Combine the eggs and milk together in another shallow dish.
2.Heat up the fat in a large cast iron skillet on the stove over medium heat. While that is warming up, take strips of chicken and place them into the egg mixture coating it, then placing it in the flour mixture and coating it.
3. Place the breaded strip into the tallow and cook it on each side for 3 minutes (or until golden and cooked thoroughly). Repeat with remaining chicken. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper if desired.
* These strips are very tasty dipped in a honey mustard sauce!
